goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have a very bad experience with goibibo.
They lure you to book with them and when you do, that is when the nightmare begins.
I booked a hotel using goibibo, they asked to pay up the whole amount via online payment means to avail the discount. Now, they have written free cancellation as one of their main features when you use their application.
I had to cancel my booking in almost couple of hours, and it showed that I will not be refunded my money. When I called up the customer care, they were rude and said its the hotel's policy to not refund and they helpless.
I lost the money and didn't use the service I had paid for. To add insult to my tragedy, the customer support was very very rude
Therefore please I advice you to not use goibibo.
