One of My consignment (192575954) is couriered through this company and I used to keep track of this consignment though their website. after several days of following and tracking, one day I am astonished to see that tracking says that customer requested to deliver the product other day/Delay delivery!!
No one spoke to me and I (customer) did not place any such request at all! So this is the way these guys defend them selves by providing false information rather than assured delivery. Avoid this company like plague!!
