Me & my family member has ordered 2 small products from FutureBazar.com


Order ID: 5057644410, Purchased on : 22-July-12


Order ID: 5057644720, Purchased on : 23-July-12


Now Its around 1 month going to be passed & Till date we have not received these products.


In this regard we have sent numerous emails to their email id support@futurebazaar.com but every time they have given the same response "I am sorry to know that the ordered product has not deliver till date. I am coordinating with our logistic team to arrange the delivery at your specified shipping address on priority.I will be very much grateful for your patience and co-operation in this matter."


On some occasion they have given false statements "I apologize for the delay and confirm that the said order will be delivered to you in the next 24 hours or sometime they said "I assure you that the same will not be repeated. Request you to kindly give us additional tome till Monday.." after this statement also we have not received our product. Every time they have come-up with false statements & updates, Its seems that they have no Ethics & Timelines/SLA/TAT on which they are doing business & giving customer service.


We are totally fed-up from their irresponsible behaviour & carelessness attiMr_customer. Its quiet funny they can trust on their 3rd class logistic partner instead of their customer.


We have wasted our money & precious time on them. We would request everyone not to buy anything from FutureBazar.Com. It is a unsafe website.

I am extremely sorry for the delay caused in delivering the products under the order number 5057644720 and 5057644410.
Let me confirm that we always make sure that the ordered products are delivered to the customers within the time frame and there is no intention of delaying the deliveries. However in rare cases the the shipment gets delayed due to the area constrain faced by our logistic partners.
Further, let me confirm that the ordered products have been dispatched via Aramex courier AWB No. 4065410845 and 4065410801, As per the present status on www.aramex.com the shipments are out for delivery. I am also coordinating with the logistic partners to arrange the delivery on priority and to avoid such delays in future.
I once again apologize for the delay caused and request you to kindly give us a chance to bring a resolution to this matter.
