Freecharge is an app for online recharge or bill payments, but my experience with freecharge is very bad as when I install the app they show that you will get Rs 50 chashback on your first recharge and your payment should be from debit/credit card. As there instructions I make the payment through my debit card but it gets unsuccessful, they refund the money on my freecharge account, but this refunded money is not useful for me now as through there instructions your payment should be done from debit/credit card to get cashback. Then I again use my debit card to recharge but they again disappoint me by showing the results as unsuccessful and I get my refund after 3 days.
There customer care service is very bad, they never pick up the phones.
