Story:

The world is an extremely confusing place - it can even be described as being particularly tiresome. Can somebody please explain to me, why doesn't everyone share my ideas?

There is a spirit behind the plot of ''The Fountainhead''. {I somehow still haven't been able to grasp how to write in italics} The spirit of Howard Roark, an architect by profession who only has his talent, his ideas and his dreams to go upon.

This book is not realistic. In my personal opinion it doesn't strive to tell the story of a brilliant young man who became succesful but it brings to the readers' minds explosive ideas which make them question their idealogies and examine the world around them with new thoughts.

It might be a load of useless impractical ideas - but in order to discover all the possibilities the world holds, we must examine thoughts that don't match with ours. We must examine the other perspective in order to see everything in clear light.

Lastly, I add a few personal comments. This book is one of my favourites, even though I don't agree with a lot of things that are stated in it. It is a fantastic read - call me an unrealist, an idealist - but there's one thing you can't take from me and those are my ideas and my ideals {ha!}...
