Hello friends. Today I am going to share you my experience about flipkart.com. Before purchasing anything I searched the item on flipkart because of its price. And with out any knowledge of the offline market price I bought item from flipkart.
I was being fool many times for purchasing from flipkart which I realise now. Some day before I bought a face de tanning pack rom flipkart. It was a old product and product is leaked and mixed with packing.
Then I wanted to return this product. But customer service is not active and they didn't help me and this money was spent meaninglessly.
Electronic product quality is not so bad in flipkart. But clothes item, jewellery, food and rest are very poor in quality. I was not satisfied by purchasing any other item on flipkart.
It takes long time to deliver. And at time of ordering it can't tell the exact date of delivery. Suddently it inform out for delivery, I may not be ready to receive item and unfortunately item is backed. And my order is cancelled.
It was very reliable shop to me. But being fool many times now I have to doubt about its reliability. Furthermore except electronic good, product is not reliable and its price and market price is far difference. Items are very expensive in flipkart.
