I recently purchased a microwave from them, which came damaged. Under their 30 day replacement guarantee, they are expected to do so, without any hassles. Well, that is only in theory. If the item is not in stock, they will not do so. Plus, for a refund, you either get credits on the next purchase or you will get a fund transfer to your account. After you return the item.
Now, which consumer, in his right mind, will return without securing the refund. Remember, you either pay cash on delivery or online 100% of money BEFORE or ON delivery. So why should it be any different for a refund?
