I am the owner of the Aquaguard Royale and not the Classic system(as mentioned in the header).


Now again this year, I call up customer care to renew my AMC on the 4th of Jan. And after many calls the technician finally shows up on the 27th to renew my AMC. After he changes the filter and the carbon, he takes the cheque and leaves. After a while I notice that there is a leak from the bottom of the purifier. I call up customer care to report this and they promised that the person would check-in within the first half of the next day. The request no. is 0065370907. This was registered on 27th Jan at around 7:15 p.m.


On the 3rd of Feb, again I called and the call centre reps promised me that they would have the problem rectified the very same day. The same evening I got a call from Sunil Chavan of the Koperkhairne service centre explaining to me that he thought I had put in a request for the AMC. When I told him that the request no.(mentioned above) was not the same as that for the AMC, he back-tracked and started telling me that he does not have the part to fix the leak. I don’t understand how he knows that a certain part is at fault, when the technician did not even show up to examine what was the cause of the leak. Finally, he assured me that the problem will the resolved by Monday, 6th Feb. However, no sign of them.


Is Anyone listening? I don’t understand why year after year you guys renew your contract with this service provider! Don’t u get it? They are not providing service.they are just slandering the name of Eureka Forbes.
