The company makes big claims of the good product that doesn't work after a day of purchase. The product is faulty which they refuse to service saying "spare parts will come in about 2-4 days". The spare parts do not come in 10 days. and their is no communication from anybody. The website has different levels of escalation. Does not work. it appears they have a big team of sales people and no body to service.
It gives me a feeling that this company is cheating the customer by making false claims of product and service and does not deliver what they promise.
