In college time I had a huge craziness for elle 18 nail paints and lip balms, they are the one who came up with affordable yet good quality cosmetics for college going girls, their nail paints shades are of very great quality, but gradually they lost the hold of the market and dominated by the cut throat competition in the market.
To talk about their color burst lipstick range I tried 2-3 shades, they are quite creamy and moisturizing but very sensitive, they break very easily, color payoff is pretty decent, packaging is quite sturdy and travel friendly.
I personally like pomegranate pie shade for my lips the most BTW I am wheatish in complexion, this lip shade is mauvy shade with pink hues and has a creamy texture to it.i really like this one. good for daily-wear.
