This is not just feedback its a warning to anyone considering Eleplace Movers & Packers. My recent experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare and I feel its my duty to ensure others dont suffer like I did.
1. False Promises, Fake Quotation
It all started with a smooth-talking salesperson who gave me a completely misleading quotation. Once they got the booking, everything went downhill. Hidden costs, vague explanations, and absolutely no accountability. Typical bait-and-switch tactic.
2. Pathetic Service & Unprofessional Staff
They were supposed to arrive by 8 AM they showed up 4 hours late. Half the so-called team stood around doing nothing while the other half struggled without enough packing material or basic tools. The staff was clearly untrained and lacked any kind of professionalism. A 1 KM move took them TWO DAYS!
3. Substandard Packaging Despite Tall Claims
They promised premium packaging what they delivered was third-class at best. Boxes were reused, torn, or poorly sealed. Fragile items were packed like roadside vendors wrap vegetables.
4. Damages, Thefts & Total Negligence
This is where it went from bad to disastrous:
Scratches all over my refrigerator
A dented microwave
Broken LED TV
2 ceiling fans STOLEN
Multiple crockery items broken
Damaged bed and almirah joints snapped, wood chipped
This isnt just bad service this is outright negligence, damage, and possible theft.
Final Verdict:
Eleplace Movers & Packers are a SCAM. Their service is a disgrace to the logistics industry. They should be blacklisted from every platform.
If you value your time, money, and belongings stay far, far away from this company. I wouldnt wish this experience on my worst enemy.
