Body Relief
May 07, 2001 01:34 AM 5219 Views

This is one topic that I could talk about for hours, how to relieve body aches.

I have been suffering from Fybromialiga/ a nerve disorder for the last twelve years. What this does is make the soft tissue in your body harden and hurt.

I have tried and done just about everything there is to help this condition. I have taken pain medication(Still Do);

hot baths(still do); no ice that makes it hurt even more.

The best advice is to keep moving. Stretching exercises, mild weight lifting and walking. If you can't walk a long distance I would suggest that you take short walks several times a day.

True you should take something to help with any swelling,

Advil or something like that, ice at first to also help with the swelling and then heat pack's to help the healing process.

The last  thing I can say to do is watch what you eat.

Some people like myself start to crave sweets, I think it is because your body is looking for energy. For go the sweets and grab some fruit, that is much better for you.
