I paid 100 Rs. extra for the delivery in one day since that was urgent document submission request. I had to send the courier to Bangalore from Pune. Normal charges were 60 Rs and fast track charges were 180 Rs. I agreed to pay three times extra money for instant delivery but my courier was not delivered for 5 days and when I was calling to customer care, my call was kept on waiting, even if I was holding the line for 15 mins. My document is still not delivered and I am still not able to track the consignment.
The worst ever courier service, later I had to use speed post for sending the same documents. I will never ever recommend the courier service to anyone.
In the next incident when my sister sent me Rakhi on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. Rakhi was delivered to me after 1 week of Rakshabandhan. I asked him the reason of the delay. He said, he was on leave on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. What an excuse. I was blessed with his words. Please broadcast this message to as many as people.
