Its been 4 months since I started my treatment with Dr Batras, but there has not been even 1% improvement. My dandruff is the same, hair fall hasnt stopped, white patches are still there, and theres no hair growth at all. The medicines have given me absolutely no benefit.
You took ₹;20, 000 from me and then just kept giving some medicines every month. At the time of payment, you assured me that everything would be fine, but there has been no result at all. Also, the hair therapy you promised was completely ignored after taking the money.
I request you to please refund my money after deducting the charges for 4 months so I can continue treatment somewhere else. If there is no benefit, why should I keep wasting my time and money?
My treatment was at your Greater Noida(Alpha-2) clinic under Dr. Anil Kumar, and now Ive shifted to Patna. Please check my records and process my refund.
Also, please note its very unprofessional to take appointments for 2:00 PM and make patients wait till 3:30 PM. And if Ive already paid ₹;20, 000, then why are medicines being charged separately?
I do not wish to continue the treatment anymore. Kindly refund the remaining amount from 10 June 2025 till now.
Request to all: Before starting treatment, please get a full written guarantee from Dr Batras that your problem will be completely resolved, and dont start treatment on the very first visit. Pehle sab kuch jaanch kar lein aur likhit mein 100% guarantee lein, warna paise aur time dono waste ho jaate hain.
