Rice is a food ingredient which is being consumed all over the world in one form or the other , especially in Asia.

I personally love eating rice and can''t go a single day without eating rice atleast once a day. So you guys might have catch it that Rice is my staple food.

Now the question arises are rice good for our health or not?

In the market we could find different varieties of rice but among them White and Brown rice are most common.

Even though white rice is commonly consumed but Brown is considered as more healthier than white rice.

All types of rice consists of carbs with protein but the consistency may differ from one type to another.

Brown rice is the whole grain. That means it contains all parts of grain including the fibrous bran and nutritious germs as well. Where as in the white rice bran and germs are removed which might be the most nutritious oart of the grain.

Those who prefer eating brown rice I''ll recommend to go with the Daawat Brown Rice as it is high in fiber, rich in vitamins and minerals and also it''s cholesterol free and is also an antioxidant. as compared to the withe rice.

Daawat Brown Rice only takes 15 mins to cook and has good taste and texture. This I''m telling you guys with my personal experience.

So who would want to miss something which is tasty as well as healthy?

The price of 1 kg of Daawat Brown Rice is around ?-155 so it is kind of affordable for those who seldom consumes rice.

Warning:

Brown rice contains the anti nutrient phytic acid and is also high in arsenic than the white rice . Therefore this might become a concern for those who eat lots of rice , however moderate consumption of Daawat Brown Rice should be fine.

As rice contains carbohydrates so diabetic patients should watch their intake of any kind of rice.
