If yoy call the technician writhin 15 days of buying the plan, then they will visit, as there is an option of cancelling the plan in that time window. Post 15 days if there is a problem, no matter you call them, write them and what not, only false assurance of the visit will be given but no one will ever visit. It has almost 40 days no one has come to repair the product.
