Hi!


This is Srinivasa Rao M from Bangalore. I was called by one of the Executives and informed to come on the mentioned time and collect the three gifts as I was selected in the draw for dropping the coupon at shopping mall in Bangalore. I visited Country Vacation and I have been set for the presentation. They spoke very sweetly and collected Rs. 80000 as the part of the ownership.


Now, after the agreement has been made, I found that it is full fraud and there are few from the list which they have mentioned. Also promised to get the amount converted into 18 Months EMI but not done.I requested them to cancel my ownership and refund the money next day when the payment made. As I did not receive any


confirmation and the Ownership card, hope it is easy to cancel and refund my money.


To whom shall I contact for the refund of my money ?


After two days, I got a call from Country vacation customer care, asking me to submit the ID proofs for getting the card and get it enabled.Again I requested them to cancel my ownership and refund the money but they said its not possible and its possible only after two years.


As per the AIRDA rules, we have an option to cancel the policy within 10 business days.

Cooling off period:


After a purchase has been made, AIRDA recommends a cooling-off period of 10 clear working days, during which customers have the option to revoke, rescind and make void ab initio any sales agreement entered into.


If the agreement is revoked by the buyer, the seller is committed to refund all payments made and return share certificates, title deeds or other documents handed over during signing up of sales agreement.
