Can any body tell me on what terms and conditions, bail has been granted to Mr. Masood by the Mumbai Court because I am not able to understand if bail has been granted, then for what reasons he is still in jail and In case so many cases have been registered against him in Mumbai, why he has been granted bail in only one of the case and why bail applications of all the cases were not heard together.
With the news that bail has been granted, we were hopeful that the court has granted bail with conditions to resume normal business of the company and start payment atleast of those who made investment and could not encash even a single cheque or those who are paying EMIs of the vehicles from their own pocket.
