There were many facts concealed about Mr Masood.
He started a company in 1999 which didnot flourish
Then he started CLI in 2002 with attracting schemes. It went on till Aug 2009, He was only redistributing the money he collected. The company is not existing for the past 13 -15 years as posters of CLI / CRC were exhibited.He did not do any investment which can multiply. May be he purchased few properties here and there. Majority of the cash is diverted to bogus names.
He lost MLA elections in 2001 on RPI part ticket and lost deposits. RPI has disowned him already after the breaking news of his Scam.
He had contacts with senior Congress leaders and organized many functions including award ceremonies till 2008.
He has produced Bollywood films and had contact with Bollywood stars.
Even to day he has backing from politicians.
I mention all these facts only to highlight that writing letters to politicians will not help in this issue. Only Judiciary and Law enforcement wing of Police can be effective in dealing this case. So please co-operate with police and give them all info you have at the earliest.
