I applied for merchant account in ccavenue. My account is approved by ccavenue. My bank account is not showing in merchant account. I send merchant agreement two times. I didn't get any confirmation. I sent plenty of mails to compliance team of ccavenue, I didn't get any reply for the mail. I called them directly, not getting any reply. Sometimes they are disconnecting the phone call also.
I started contacting ccavnue on Dec 21, 2013, still the process is not completed.
