Today I am going to say you some very hidden problem with bsnl broadband service.
I have used the bsnl briadband service in 2007, I got the connection after long time but today you can find quick enough.
Bsnl always gives you false bill, my broadband service was intrupted at that time due to some road work going on upto 40 days, and I was surprized tgat I got sn bill of 3583 rupees for one month.
Customer service is as we know better of bsnl no assistant by them.
I just stop the line right that time, but after 3 years they send court notice and for settelment I have to pay.so please make safe distance from bsnl.
