Stop using BSNL services, they are the worst 3G mobile operator. There network is too pore that you will feel you are leaving on 90's. I am living a place where all mobile operator is providing 4G services but BSNL is unable to give us 3G services in our locality. If we want to use BSNL we have to use 2G services. People are using 4G now a day and you still stuck in 2G at least provide good quality 3G services.
And if some one ask me about BSNL customer service I will say its don't exists. There customer services is the best joke for 2017. They have unqualified customer service agent who don't have any technical knowledge, they don't even know what is G, E, H stands for in mobile network. If you try to make them understand your problem if they still don't understand than they will hang up the call. What kind of customer care is that? A 10th stander student have more technical knowledge them BSNL customer services agent.
Actually I heard about BSNL 333 plan than I recharge my mobile to try out this offer and I call many time to customer services to help me every time they send me a internet setting and tell me to wait some time but still nothing. I am still waiting to get a good services.
