I have been a part of this aerobics classes for last 1 year and trust me its any day better than going to a gym and sweating out. the environment here is really good and the trainers are ladies so all the ladies would find it really comfortable to work out without any tention.
As situated in the centre of koramangala it is very much accesible for all and even the prices for this place are very much reasonable and affordable by all. the instructors are well trained and they are very much out spoken and will take care of your diet plan with an assesment sheet once in a month. would surely recommend this place to all ladies
