Recently I have subscribed for Reliance Big TV. And I am very happy to share my experience with my nice experience with Big TV.
From last 4 months I have disconnected my cable service to gather some money, it was our planning of cost cutting. After 4 months I had saved almost 1300 Rs. Which was enough to purchase a beginner package of any DTH, as DTH market is down nowadays.
Finally after some reviews of my relatives and friends, who have Big TV at their home I have decided to subscribe for Big TV only. Yes I have already checked some negative feedbacks on mouthshut.com but I think it was written by some people who have never used dth service in their entire life and only writing some fake reviews.
I subscribed big tv under choice 1490 pack with zero installation fees. It’s almost in my pre-planned budget. It has free lite pack, regional pack and one month of cinema pack.
Installation was done in 5 hrs and it took around 4-6 hors to start the whole system i.e. showing all the channels. Wow what a service! Customer care is very helpful to me, I used to call them as I am not a gadget geek.
According to me choosing Big TV as a dth service is wise decision. Apart from this you are getting good quality of sound and picture, wide range of channels,
