I applied for Refund since June 2025 & till 16 Sept 2025 they do not provide any refund.


I am writing to request a refund for the Math Superstar course in which my son, enrolled at Bhanzu. We paid the course fee of ₹;35, 000 on 28th November 2024, with the confirmation that the course would commence in January 2025 and would cover both 9th and 10th standard mathematics.


However, we have observed the following issues:


The course was started in June 2025, not January as originally communicated.


The current curriculum focuses solely on 9th standard mathematics, which is no longer relevant, as my son has already completed 9th grade in March 2025.


To date, my son has only attended 5 out of 90 sessions, and we believe it is reasonable to request a refund under these circumstances.


Right now there answer is "attend minimum 30 lectures to get a refund" but they do not understand How can I repeat 30 sessions of class 9 when my son is already in class 10.
