Very slow in Digital India. Review on Bank of India

I share my bad experience with Bank of India . My first account open in this bank. To open my account I didn't get any problem, but after that I also apply for debit card . Bank say it come in 15 to 20 Day's. But they take 2 Month's. Not only that, whenever we go their to print our passbook their printer was not working and sometimes they decline for that. The Bank have automatic printing machine but that was not in working condition from many years. I am student, so last year I can not submit my scholarship form in school because Bank does not link my adhar with Bank account. And College can not accept it. I follow all procedure which tell me bank clerk and submit my form . But Bank officer say they link it but that can not show in Adhar data base. I go to bank many times and also call to adhar call center . But no one can help me . Still they can not link it. If they link it so I get 5000 in my a/c. All are my bad experience with BOI Branch-Bramhapuri 441206.GOOD DAY.!
