The BOB is very good bank in India and when we talk about the salary and benefits then we first known that it is gov. Bank so the salary is very good and also benefits are good.The the job security is also there but Career growth of this bank is very fast do work from heart and you will get growth no one stop you.Work environment is too good because all the employees behavior are good and also the the environment of place to do work is very good.
