I am sharing my concern regarding the highly unprofessional and disappointing experience I have had with your team concerning my maternity photoshoot.


I booked the shoot on Friday, 23rd May, for 25th May at 3:00 PM, and paid a booking amount of ₹;6, 000 instantly, for which I received a confirmation email. However, what followed was an incredibly stressful and poorly managed experience that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.


After the booking, I tried reaching out to my assigned relationship manager, Ashish, multiple times but received no response. Out of frustration, I searched your Instagram and contacted Neha, who shared the official number of Ashish's manager, Sanjana. After I reached out to Neha, Ashish finally responded and shared gown selection options, but again went completely unresponsive afterward.


On 24th May, I attempted to contact Ashish from the morning onwards with no reply. I had to once again contact Neha, who then shared Sanjana's personal number. After calling Sanjana, I finally received a time confirmation message from Ashish. In the evening at 7:14 PM, rescheduling the shoot to 25th May between 9:10 AM, which I had to decline due to a doctor's appointment. After a long discussion with Kiran and Sanjana, the shoot was rescheduled to 25th May at 6 PM, which I agreed to.


On Sunday morning(25th May), I received contact numbers for the makeup artist and photographer. I was prepared and waiting, but at 4 PM, I received a call from Kiran saying the shoot was cancelled due to camera issues. She then proposed to reschedule the shoot to the next weekend, which I declined due to pre-scheduled medical checkups.


Following this, I requested a refund of the booking amount. Instead of support or understanding, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior, especially from Sanjana and Neha, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.


This entire experience from lack of communication, last-minute cancellations, to the unprofessional conduct of your team, has caused a great deal of emotional and mental stress during a very important and sensitive phase of my life. I have also saved screenshots of all chats and communication as proof of this unacceptable service.


Its a big scam. Don't try. There is no office in Bangalore. There is no proper escalation channel to escalate your issue. Never ever try these people.
