I had booked a godrej AC for some 18000 rupees, and since no cash on delivery, I paid up the amount, the transaction is not seen in the accounts, So I call up customer care, that have received a mail does not reflect on the website.The customer care says its not seen on website, then I asked about the product that it was promised next day delivery. After 3 days they called to say that the seller does not have stock and my money will be refunded in 5 working days. ORDER NO: NDD2448462.
The money has been refunded but the what I learnt from the experience is the Askmebazaar.com has very bad customer service, in case the deal goes wrong. you are totally lost as you are at mercy of customer care to get the things resolved.
