I had ordered a item from international website and it was shipped from Hong Kong via Aramex.
The shipment reached Bangalore 2 days ago and all I see the status is customer refused the courier or customer not available. Both are a big lie and nobody even called me to check on the address or landmark. There was no attempt to deliver the shipment.
Their email co ordination and response is quicker but looks like who ever responds on email has no control over what is happening in the delivery centre .
I am now worried about my shipment
