Amazon was the best ecommerce portal for me. It was on my priority for purchasing any thing but by few month services become so wierd by amazon specially their customer care service. I beleive if the customer care service is good then everythingis good in product but if these people dont want to listen even then no body can help u same had happen with me twice and both are due to late delivery all the time delivery are late but when I called to customer care they dont have any information becausw they dont have any update this is very disaplointed
