Few months back, I had ordered 2 Umberallas from Amazone.com as it looks very attractive to me .It had a folding canopy supported by metal ribs, and mounted on a plastic pole.Once I received the products , they were looking ok to me but when I started using, handle of one umberella got broken while opening.i got disappointed and then used 2 one.The material of canopy was worst.
After that, I never ordered anything from Amazone as I tried to called customer care so many times but as usual customer service is just a crap!
