Hai friends thos is my real experience with amazon.
I just ordered a mobile( honor 5x), and received it within 2days thanks for the fast delivery by amazon.
And I ordered a tampered glass for it .
But the delivered product is not fot to my phone
Then I returned it and the delivery boy didnt give me any receipt which should be give at the time of return and I think its ok, and the refund not added even after 15 days so I contacted delivery boy first
He told that use the receipt number to track refund status
I was shocked and told him that he didn't give me any receipt he was puzzled and told me to call custmer care and cut the phone
Then I thought i'm not getting my money back anyway but as a trail I contacted c care by email
And explained my problem and they responded quickly and they sent the money through cheque through courier
I was just amazed by their service .
Now I am suggesting amazon for every one.
