From my self experience with amazon from past few years I can say that amazon is mostly genuine and you get the same product that you ordered most of the times.They sell branded products unlike Filpkart. You can buy any branded product from this site and can trust the company.You will get the exact same products.In my case I never received a duplicate product from this site.Customer service is good they even answer your call.Refunds are good no complaint.Finally good site but they sell products at a little higher price.
