Last month I ordered a simple mobile phone from Amazon. I bought this mobile because most of my friends use Amazon for online shopping.
Firstly, I recevied my ordered mobile after 14 days of order date that was very late. When I opened the box I saw that charging port of mobile was broken and I call them about this issue they speak very rudly with me and they also told me that they did not have return policy.
I suggest you friends do not use this website for shopping.
