The airtel is one of the biggest mobile operators of India with brand value and reputation.But despite of all the qualites like excellent network coverage, and talktime or rate cutter offers, it has some drawbacks too.I have delhi airtel sim and last month , 100 rs got deducted from.my account due to some pack or service which was not subscribed by me.so I called the customer care center about this issue and first they clearly denied about such pack subscribed and my balance deduction , but after clearfying , they admit their fault and assured me my balance refund within 24 hours but nothing happened for 48 hours .then I called again and theybwere like sir your request is being processed , please wait. After that I called 3-4 times but nothing happened , and finally I gave up on my 100 rs balance.i mean who is so free, to call these customer service everyday and hear their same rply every single time.so I had a very bad experience with customer service inDelhi.!
