Please dont waste your time and money. I'm being trading and changing the brokers since 2005, but I never went through such a worst service as ZERODHA do.
1- Account opening - The sales representative so called sales manager will not response and they are keen interested with new account/customers. You just receive auto reply email with ticket numbers. Unprofessional college going guys no manners to speak and behavior like kids.?. The next problem after submitting the form is useless manner of validating the documents, they come up with such a stupid reasons of not processing the documents saying some stupid mistakes, and if you are hard enough to spit on them they will take your words and process the documents.
2- As soon as is logged with with new user name looking at the app I went back to 2000 the shabby old and dull application( refer to attached pic) you will loose your money fixing and understanding the app.
3- all those what you see positive response is fake and you will never get what you think.
Please guys don't waste your time and money go with the prfessional traders.
