Hi,
I am trading with zerodha from past one year. Customer support is not so prompt and even the site sometimes doesn't work during peak hours when you are in most need of it. But all these things will be compensated by the amount of brokerage that you pay. Especially for options you will have to pay flat Rs.20 apart from the number of lots traded. This is somewhat different and really attractive. So just go for it.
