Five years back when I opened my and some my friends trading account with Zerodha, that was a time when people used to visit broker's regional office to open a trading account. After a lot of googling and research I finally decided to open account with them, My friends used to ask whether company would flee away with the money, but I am happy that Zerodha proved our decision was right.
What makes Zerodha the best in India are:-
Flat Rs. 20 maximum/order executed.(Zerodha was the first to launch this type of plan I guess.)
Great trading plateforms( Zerodha PI, KITE and Zerodha Trader)
Superb customer care( they have answer to every question you can think of regarding their services or trading terminal and customer care executives are very helpful and well trained.)
Zerodha is doing great job to educate people about trading with their websites( Zconnect, Zerodha varsity, QNA, opentrade, Zerodha Pulse etc.)
Recently they have launched several services like(Mutual Fund trade and many more.) Their trading terminals are the best in the industry(this is where Zerodha beats other discount brokers) I specially love to use KITE .
I hope Zerodha would bring several great offering for its customers in future.
