Service is deteriorating rapidly during peak hours. Review on Zerodha

I have been trading with zerodha for the last 2 years now. Everything is good but there are some very serious issues in their trading platform which earlier used to happen very rarely. Now as their client base is increasing they service has decreased considerably . I will like to give few examples. Sometime back I had bought 4-5 lots of different futures. I was trying to square off my position, but their trading system didn't let my order go through for a few hours. Luckily I didnt loose much because of that. Imagine if it was a day like 24 august 2015, I would have lost a fortune. Such things have now started happening very frequently, especially in the morning 9:15 to 10 & in the closing hours 3:15 to 3:30. The order just doesnt goes through. I have suffered a lot because of this, hence I am writing this review. I am also now looking to switch the brokers as my whole trading strategy goes for a toss because of such frequent lapses in the peak hours. But I also would like to tell the good things. I have won their 60day challenge several times & saved more than 50000 rupees brokerge. Also their varsity modules are very good. So who should go for Zerodha: Everyone except those traders who take positions or square off positions in peak hours( 9 to 10 & 3 to 3:30). Zerodha is good but during peak hours you should avoid zerodha.
