ZEE TV really does come up with excellent TV serials. The recent one ’Sindoor’ is interesting.

~ Niharika agrees to marry handicapped Antarishka if his brother Dhruv marries her problematic sister Vedika. Poor Dhruv, he agrees for the marriage despite his real love because he wants to please his mother who feels that Dhruv is repsonsible for a childhood accident which has resulted in Antariksha’s handicap.

~The younger couple get married first due to machinations by Niharika who is in love with another guy but loves her sister Vedika more. Niharika even goes to the extent of getting a fake kundali which predicts death for her husband.
And then Niharika and Antarisksha are to get married but Vedicka gets into a fit when she is covered in colour during the ceremony and almost kills a guest. The story is now continuing from this point.
 
What I mean to say is that the story is quite unusual. Dhruv is not forced into marriage with Vedika. He knows fully well that she is not a normal person. He takes good care of her. Even her mother-in-law takes great pains to look after her. Let see how the story shapes up.

Another intersting one is ’Astitva’ which has been going on for donkey’s weeks. At present the original Aastha has come from London to take revenge on Anand(who is actually Abhimanyuher father) for allegedly killing her friend and her fiancee. Meanwhile the younger Aastha and her mother Simran are having problems. This is one serial where the actors look their age, whether it is Simran, Abhimanyu or his parents or Mr Mathur. In all other serials even a sixty year old looks younger than her own grandchild.

Good programmes which are worth watching.
Kareena Kareena of course is a hilarious one. She tells so many lies without blinking an eyelid. Sometimes one gets sick on her fabricated husband and child but if one views it objectively it is fun and worth watching.
