When I want to watch good comedy on television, there are only two channels to choose from. One is Zee English and the other Star World. I enjoy the programs in both.

Zee English has a few great shows. They consistently come up with the more popular shows in the US. They include dramas like The Sopranos and Six Feet Under and comedies like Will & Grace, Seinfeld and of course Friends. Another show that I like in it is ER.

Just about everything else is on the downside. The promos are hopeless. The announcer sports a very fake accent and they could improve a lot on the program update graphics.

The audio quality is probably one of the worst amongst the channels available these days. You could compare Zee English audio stream to that through a recorded cassette.

As for the rest of the shows which are practically worthless (including the Wrestling, and a couple of other adventure dramas), don’t even bother watching.

Having said all this, I still keep watching the channel for its great shows.
