Maniratnam and A.R.Rehman is classic duo of ’’director and music-director’’, who takes the responsibility of giving audience pleasure to eyes, ears, mind and soul.

In the 50s-60s Raj Kapoor and Shankar-Jaikishan gave the songs which still look so young. Hindi film industry has to wait for long time for Mani and Rehman who give the feelings to the songs on the screen and soundtracks.

Mani and Rehman in the past have given the high standards songs which editor can’t think of even bringing siccors close to it. But in YUVA , Mani and Rehman didn’t Blast from the Past, for me it was the great disappoint feeling to hear the sound-tracks.

It looks as if there was no co-ordination beween the both. ’Shukriyaa Meherbani’ and ’Kabhi Neem Neem’ only two songs looks to have Rehman’s Stamp, all other looks like Rehman’s Clone has work on it.

’Fana Fana’ looks as if Rehman wants to makes all th YUVAs to dance but not even the feet moves.

I was so disturb on heraing the other sound-tracks, it looks Rehman went to do too much to make something special package for Mani but it fail as WINDOWS 95 which need to be restart again for ’Shukriyaa Meherbani’ and ’Kabhi Neem Neem’ .

But now we have to watch for movie where the songs are planned and how the Mani’s Magic and Sivan’s camera works to bring out feeling form the songs.

Mehboob’s lyrics are good but Rehman has failed to give justice to it.

Music collection is doing well SONY company needs to sing ’Shukriyaa Meherbani’ for Lucky Ali.
