Yug Honda, Wakad was the showroom which helped me get my first 2-wheeler from my first job. You know how wonderful it is to buy a vehicle with your hard earned money. So I was really happy when I went to Yug Honda, got the quotation, the staff was courteous and helpful. But once the payment was done a few days later and I received my Activa Deluxe, the problems with their service started cropping up. Despite providing them all the documents, the RC book I received had my details incorrect. This was tolerable but when I went to get the details corrected, I was just told to go to reception, then to some lady in their office. Nobody was really helping. They were first of all not ready to accept that the details are wrong. I mean that's ridiculous right. Nevertheless after showing them my original documents, they finally accepted it. Not just that, they were not even able to find my file. I have really no idea how these people maintain buyer details . It was so pathetic and unorganized. The lady in the office told me to come some days later. They promised to get my RC book rectified. Then started my frequent tours of their office, with no result. They did not send my papers for any correction I got to know few weeks later. This was outrageous.I had a quarrel with the manager and he agreed to send the details. I submitted my papers again. But again I was just told to come again and again. Inspite of wasting my time in Yug Honda I could have just gone to RTO office directly and would have got it done in lesser time.
So I feel thisis very unprofessional. Once they receive their payment, they are least bothered about your concerns. They just make you run to their office every week with no proper response. Hence I would say my experience was really bad and I would not recommend Yug Honda Wakad.
I have written a review for year 2014 when I bought my Activa from here. and 6-7 months of rounds to this place did not get my RC book corrected.
