Without beating around the bush, I'll directly come to the issues I faced with their internet:
They have a cable cut issue or some or the other outage every alternate day. The internet will never be there when you need it. So you'll end up having a secondary data card or something which will again cost you atleast 500 a month.
Have of the time, they'll say that there is no problem from their end and that everything is fine. They'll repeat the same trouble shooting steps to me every time my internet goes off. Whats interesting is that the internet comes back again in 2 days(after 10 calls to their call center) and they say that there was no issue from their end at all. So their internet connection is a technological marvel which resolves its issues on its own.
Speed - Yeah this is quite interesting and I would like someone else to comment on that because for me the connection itself works rarely and whenever it does, I'm busy celebrating that it is working and then speed becomes least of my concerns.
I now know why people are still keeping up with the pathetic speed that BSNL gives because atleast I never had issues like this with their connection.
