Never, never and never subscribe to their services. Though it cheaper than the other providers but their service, speed sucks. You will regret having a you telecom Internet. Their staff from lower level to location manager are untrustworthy and never resolve the issue despite numerous complaints.
I have been a YT subscriber for numerous years but for the past one year or so their services have gone to the dogs. Every second day the internet is down for some reason or the other and it takes nearly two days to rectify the problem.
My YT internet has been giving me problem since early June, 2015 and the problem has not been resolved till date. I had logged in the last complaint on 15.08.2015 and till date the problem has not been attended to.
All is not bad, the good part is that the call centre is really responsive and quick in logging in a complaint but after that you are BHAGWAN BHAROSE. The technician do not come. Calling their office in Gurgaon to talk to their technical deptt is a herculean task.
First of all they seldom pick up the line and if they pick up the line they always promise to send someone but it never happens. This is going on for past 8 days. Further all their employees lie through their hat and do not stick to their commitment. Big fraud and liars their employees.
I have spoken with their engineer one Pandey to one Digvijay, Phrald Giri and finally with their Location head one Mr. Sharma but the same blood run through the hierarchy. If you are lucky they pick up ur line, listen to you and promise action but nothing happens. Too much for running a service.
Please, for peace of mind do not subscribe you telecom. I have spoken to my neighbours in the colony who have YT services and they are also highly dissatisfied. I have now taken subscription of another broadband service(airtel) and let me assure you that they may be slightly expensive but have no complaints regarding the service and speed.
