Extremely poor service! Claim as broadband connection but the speed is very slow and often the Internet access gets disconnected. Very frustrating! Since the third week of May 2015 there was no availability of Internet which was not restored until June 8 2015. The company sent an sms stating that their **contact numbers which had been temporarily out of order had been restored but upon dialing the the only answer was "this number does not exist".
There was no answer given to an email sent to YOU broadband. Upon finally being able to call on a new number(which was available on their site, given by a friend and was not the usual/ restored call center number) one realises that the customer care executives who attend your call are totally helpless and make you realise that they do not know anything and are totally helpless in every way possible!
