After my complaint on 23rd June 2015, internet has still not been working on 21st July 2015. The only two things that they do are: Receive calls and send SMS that your compliant has been resolved.
I have recordings of my conversation with customer care wherein they have confirmed that the complaint will be attended within 4 to 6 hours and then nothing has happened.
DO NOT take YOU broadband.
I am going to file a case against them with the help of a Lawyer.
