You Broadband is worstest company ever.customer service 0%.
they want only money.and funny thing is that you can buy plans from mobile application but when your connection not worked well then u can't get service.my internet not working from last 10 days and I called everyday for my connection but this shi** people do not like to work. they not solving my problem and also those idiots people try to disconnect my connection without my permission.so stupid.technician KARAN PATEL do not like to work.in call center HELLY PATEL do not like to talk with customer.and some1 WHO IS ON HIGHER POST IN SURAT.do not like to pick call.
ALL this people would like to sleep in office on working hours.just like GOVERNMENT WORKER.
those people are mentally harassing.and I have email to CEO of the You but still no rply and no solution.I think this company soon gonn shout down just like others with bad customer service.
