I shifted with my friends to a new flat in dlf cybercity . We purchased youbroadband connection . Connection establishing time was quick. When they nade connection and left it worked good for 1-2 hours after that speed of wifi shut down . No internet connection started coming in wifi . we waited for few hours then we called the executive , they didnt sent anyone for technical support always they used to send message congestion error temporary slow network . After repeated complaints they finally sent a technician after a week .He did something but in vain . Wifi didnt worked good . The speed was slow . Even cant browse anything properly . Downloading seems impossible . and then again wifi shut downs completely and showed no internet comnection then we called and called and complaints but no turn ups . So finally we made disconnection and the security money is yet to be refund . Waiting to receive soon.
